Terms of Service✦ I retain the rights to decline a commission for any reason. Commissions are not first come, first serve; I accept requests based on my personal preferences and if I am confident enough to take on the commission.✦ Progress will not begin for a commission until a full or partial payment is made. Payment plans can be arranged upon request.✦ I do not offer full refunds if I have already started on the illustration.✦ I retain all rights to the art I create. This includes sharing commissioned work or WIPs of commissioned work on my social medias or including it in portfolios, speedpaints, videos, etc. If you would like a commission to remain private or excluded from being shared, please make this clear in your request.✦ I will not accept commissions depicting sensitive or nsfw themes from clients under the age of 18.✦ I will not accept requests that include A.I. generated content as references.Use of Art✦ Purchase of a Vtuber model includes Full Commercial Usage rights, authorizing the model to be used for promotional or monetized content (i.e.: streams, patreon, cover art, Youtube thumbnails/videos, etc.) or to be sold/reproduced commercially (merchandise).✦ Credit should be included on any platform on which the model is used (i.e.: twitch/youtube bio)✦ Commissioned art, regardless of commercial status, is not authorized to be used for AI training or minted as NFTs.PreferencesModel designs I will not work on include, but are not limited to:✦ Anything I am generally uncomfortable with not otherwise specified
✦ extremely complex mech, armor, or props
✦ explicit content depicting underage or childlike characters (lolisho)
✦ stolen or A.I. generated character designs
✦ content I deem hateful, discriminatory, or offensiveUpon Acceptance✦ Maximum turnaround time for a completed model is 4 months from the date the first payment is made. Deadline or express commissions can be arranged, but may incur additional fees depending on the deadline.✦ I will supply frequent commission updates to the best of my ability following the model progress, and progress updates can be requested at any time during the creation period. Reasonable edits and revisions can be requested at any time with no extra charge, but requests of large edits (i.e.: re-drawing a large area of the model that has already been rendered) may incur an additional charge.✦ You are free to request additional edits or revisions after the model's completion to accommodate to the needs of your rigger. Any additional requests made outside of necessary revisions after the completion/approval of the model may incur an additional charge.✦ Final files will be delivered via Google Drive in PSD, ready-to-rig format, as well as a full-resolution PNG.✦ Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once completed. If requested, a partial refund will be issued based on the progress of the piece.
